Thinking About *Overthinking* Can Be Fun

Inzo pulled a great Alan Watts soliloquy about one’s thoughts and how over-thinking things can go terribly wrong.

I particularly like the part of the Watts’ speech when he touches upon a very modern-day issue connected to loosing touch with the real world. Regardless of how you feel about the song FF to the 2:10 mark and listen to the lost of reality by misguided values. Utterly spot on in my opinion of social media and the way many people are – nowadays.

And as promised a fun little poem taken from a random greeting card I picked up back in the day.

I wish I could better source…

“I was thinking about you,
thinking about me,
Thinking about us – thinking about each other
… and then I got so confused
I thought about myself for an hour
Sorry… still love you”
