While there are some short-cuts to success, doesn’t it feel good when you put in the work and actually achieve something you weren’t to sure about at first.

If any of you have been reading the inconsistant jumble of posts from the start I thank you for hanging in there.

I promised there is a method to the madness.

The first 90 days any website, pushing live, is an utter state of chaos. I put my original editioral calendar off to the side 4 days in and likely won’t start execute to execute against it until the 4 month market (another 30+ days away).

Ending this terrible intro, I’ll just say the follow: pushing out content is the easy and fun part of this. But much like throwing 💩 against the wall, not all of it sticks. Figuring that out, then making the good stuff discoverable, and doing it all the OPS work “as cheap as possible” because you want to learn a bit more about UX design & (SEO) site optimization methodology best practices…. that’s the brutal stuff.

My second promise is to have it all figured out sooner than later. I’ve even been saving the majority of the EPIC CRUMBS until that happens, which will also coincide with a bit more grow in my base.

Well, happy to say I’m ahead of schedule and just got approved for Google AdSense demand. Followed by a major forward step with my search discovery ‘robots’ getting green lit on Bing and Google. Next, greater Social Media quality scores, and thus the compounding ability for audience growth,

Most publishers launch with working capital $$$ to support a more transactional ramp up. It’s great there are a short-cuts for everything this days, but, it’s like going to a prostitute vs picking someone REAL up at a bar.

Both allow you to be happy with the end result
– But your wallet took a significant hit on the short-cut method,
– Sometimes half the fun and valuable life lessons happen during the “pursuit”
– Ultimately, isn’t it all about the cool story you get to tell people at the end of the day?
